Dr. Doaa Mohsen (PhD, MBS, BSc) is a Professor of Business Management and a Certified Senior Business Management Consultant with over 27 years of experience in government, private sector and NGO organizations in countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Sweden, Egypt and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Mohsen is a professional Project Manager specialized in government modernization and development initiatives.
As a business transformation and change management consultant Dr. Mohsen is interested in topics of economic development, trade and investment promotion, policy and strategic planning and the role of innovative technology in the future of the global economic development. Particular research interests of Dr. Mohsen include focusing on economic development and trade.
As a diplomat and during her work at the Egyptian commercial diplomatic services, Dr. Mohsen participated in and lead a number of official government delegations to facilitate technical cooperation, donor assisted programs and door-knocking missions for trade and investment promotion. In academia, Dr. Mohsen is an experienced professor and previously taught at a considerable number of universities, training institutions and think tanks in the United Kingdom, Canada and Egypt. Doaa is also an active community leader in her capacity as a Multicultural Ambassador, sitting on the multicultural ambassadors' council for World Vision Canada She plays a key role in bridging the gap between Canadians from diverse ethnic backgrounds and brining the organization close to communities.
