Launched in 2011, this brand was built upon Dr. Elena Brei’s research during her doctoral studies in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the University of Toronto. Her specialty in precious minerals and water purification made her realize that this process can apply to skincare as well. As someone who has also suffered from extensive acne and dermatitis, she made it her mission to find a solution with the knowledge at her disposal.
