Dr. Rhonda Kerlew's career path has been marked by diverse experiences that have led her to become a highly respected and accomplished leader. She began her career as a critical care nurse, working in high-pressure environments where she developed her problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

After fifteen years of nursing, Dr. Kerlew transitioned to the corporate world. She spent over ten years with Johnson and Johnson cardiology and further progressed in the role of Vice President in the hearing and mobility industries. During her tenure, she gained experience in various roles, including sales, marketing, and management. She was known for her strategic thinking, innovative solutions, and ability to build, motivate and inspire her teams.

After leaving Johnson and Johnson, Dr. Kerlew founded her independent consultancy, where she leads the global brand, The Neuro Change Institute. Through this venture, she supports practitioners globally, helping them expand their toolkits with the latest insights from neuroscience, social psychology, and philosophy. In addition, she is passionate about assisting people to develop their skills in leadership, communication, and resilience skills, and she has helped many individuals and organizations achieve their goals.

Dr. Kerlew s achievements have not gone unnoticed. She has received multiple awards for her work, including recognition for her leadership, business strategy, and customer service. In addition, recognizing her lifelong work as a strategic business leader, she was recently awarded an honorary doctorate.
