Biography:

Coming to Canada from Ukraine at 16 years old by herself, Inga Tkachenko Ramage is deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Her journey began at Prime Health Care in 2010, starting as a secretary and eventually becoming a partner and CEO of the rehabilitation clinic and assessment center. She dedicates her life to helping people recover from car accidents, supporting their rehabilitation and ensuring they receive the medical care and compensation they rightfully deserve, having served over 20000 individuals through her medical clinic and affiliated network of supports all over Southern Ontario.

Having personally experienced a car accident, Inga understands the importance of a support system during challenging times. Ensuring that clients smoothly transition from injury to recovery is her top priority.

In addition to her responsibilities at Prime Health Care, Inga launched the "Share to Care" initiative and helped establish the non-profit CSMVA (Canada Support for Motor Vehicle Accidents). She takes pride in being one of the founding members of IWB (Immigrant Women in Business), a community that champions diversity, empowers individuals to achieve their personal and business goals, and creates a supportive environment for immigrant women in the business sector with a positive community impact.

As a supporter of community involvement, Inga leverages her public speaking skills and event coordination expertise to forge connections and inspire positive change. She leads informative sessions at CCSYR, a non-profit organization educating hundreds of individuals on how to ensure they receive maximum medical and financial care in the unfortunate event of a motor vehicle accident. CCSYR is a member agency of the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI), Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Toronto (a ShareLife-funded organization), Family Services of Ontario (FSO), and the Ontario Non-profit Network.

Inga's commitment and efforts in the healthcare field have been recognized with the Excellence in Healthcare and Business Leadership Award in 2023 and the Woman in Leadership Award in 2024. Her dedication has led to impactful moments, including being featured on the first page of a Russian newspaper and receiving an award at Meet The Motivators' gala in 2024 for her role as an Expert Facilitator.

While receiving recognition and awards has been gratifying, Inga finds the true rewards in motherhood, being a proud and happy wife and mother of three children.

Recently, Inga expanded her mission to include public education, safety, and accident prevention campaigns to reduce injuries and accidents in communities.
