Tylaine Duggan is a driven passionate entrepreneur with an ambition to conceptualize, operate start-ups, and create winning solutions for both profitable and non-profit Organizations under her unique management for improvement in myriad fields.

As an only child raised in Europe by Corporate Executives, she wrote her first business plan by age 8, formed her first company at age 11 in a foreign country, has 6 languages - and has not stopped since. She is recognized in multiple companies for her International collaboration ideals.

In 1995 she sold her Top 100 Profitable company to BCE Emergis/Bell Canada, and is noted in the “Canadian Who’s Who” for her telephony and IT expertise.

Ms. Duggan after the coined “Summer of the Gun” of 2015, connected her business acumen with Corporate and Media contacts to address the social challenges for our Youth. After extensive research with young people, she found a lack of passion, exposure or funds for programs to be their major challenge; leaving them vulnerable.

For 12 years now she dedicates her 18 hour work days to YOUTH DAY Global. YD is an Annual free family Festival celebrating the positive achievements of young aspiring Artists, enabling them a place of expression and find their passion to build self-esteem towards a bright future. The Volunteer driven event now attracts over 40,000 people each summer at Yonge-Dundas Square. YOUTH DAY has been proclaimed an Official “Event of Municipal Significance for the City of Toronto”.
